Use 2-3 times a week.
Use a small amount and lather with some water. Repeat once more.

Tip: If the ends of your hair are very dry and damaged apply a small amount of hair conditioner to your tips, before you wash your hair, and leave for 5 minutes. Then wash your hair as normal before using hair conditioner.
