USE

“Dosage:
For Atopic Dermatitis : 0.03% (2-15 yrs), 0.1%(<15yrs)
Apply a thin layer to the affected areas twice daily.
Continue for 1 week the after resolution of symptoms.
Vitilgo: Apply twice daily to all hypopigmented or depigmented lesions. For Lichen planus also use twice a day.”

ACTION / ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

“Tacrolimus 0.1%
Tacrolimus in Eczrid binds to receptors on T cells leading to an increase in intracellular calcium helpful in treatment of acute and atopic dermatitis. Tacrolimus ointment works on the immune system and directly on skin cells. In addition, tacrolimus may also have direct effects on skin cells (keratinocytes) that also helps in reducing inflammations.
