Salicylic-30% Peel.

It is ideal for the acne-prone patients.

It has a lower pH than pK value and hence more free acid available for action. Euro dropper of the peel ensures accurate dose quantity & no wastage. It is endowed with sodium lactate as a binder which has moisturizing properties.

It is a beta hydroxy acid. It is alcohol-based and is not soluble in water. It has local anesthetic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is ideal for treating acne, dark skin, and PIH. It inhibits tyrosinase and improves melisma significantly. It also exhibits keratolytic properties. It has the ability to penetrate the sebaceous glands hence it is ideal for the acne-prone skin.

USE

The end point is the pseudo frost formation in four minutes. It should be applied in airtight room, to avoid evaporation of alcohol. It has pk value of 2.7 and pH value of 1.7. Hence better action compared to other brands of salicylic acid peels.

Regimen is for 3 months at gap of 2 weeks.

ACTION / ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Salicylic acid 30%: Works to treat acne by unclogging blocked pores by breaking down the bonds between dead skin cells so that they can release from the pore more easily, and breaks down oils, such as sebum. Salicylic acid also decreases the skin’s sebum production, leading to fewer breakouts.
